A cement auger is a conveying device for loose, fine—grained, pulverized, powdery materials.

The flexible screw for bulk materials has a universal design and allows you to organize a non-linear supply of material along a route of complex geometry. The polymer body and steel spiral are able to withstand heavy loads and are resistant to abrasion. The auger is completely sealed, which allows it to be filled tightly with material and at the same time not incur losses.

Tray screw conveyors CLO and CLOS in the design for superheavy working conditions are made of carbon steel with appropriate surface treatment (as a rule, it is hot-dip galvanized). Depending on the application of CLO/CLOS augers, they consist of trays with different cross sections and/or configurations.

The CX augers consist of: a V-shaped section tray or a U-shaped section equipped with at least one discharge pipe, end plates on each side, a screw with connecting bushings, two end bearing supports with a set of adjustable seals, intermediate bearing supports depending on the length of the conveyor and bolted covers. 

CA_L – screw conveyors designed for light working conditions are used mainly for the transportation of powdered and granular materials in the production of pet food, plastics, soap, washing powders and detergents.  

CA_P– screw conveyors designed for heavy working conditions, as a rule, are used in the industrial production of compound feeds, in the woodworking, chemical industry, as well as in eco-technologies for the municipal and industrial sectors.  

CA_E – screw conveyors designed for super-heavy working conditions are mainly used in the production of cement/lime/gypsum and in the mining industry. 

Microdosers MBW, MBF are designed for continuous dosing of powders and bulk materials.
